Depending on the package you choose, you may also receive a nutrition plan designed to complement your activity level and supplement weight loss or weight maintenance. Plans: For all monthly services, I require a 3 month up-front commitment, since initial results and habits will take at least 8-12 weeks to witness. You and I will need to work closely for at least 3 months to maximize your results. Following the initial 3 months of training, services will be continued on a month to month basis unless otherwise stated.
